Most of my readers know I’ve put together a book of some of the blog posts from here. I used these blog posts as starting points and then expanded off of them into a 144 page booklet. The book is about my own trials, tribulations and battles with Bipolar Disorder. I’ve also tried to encourage my readers to seek out help when they are in the midst of an episode and offered some other helpful suggestions. There are tips, advice and encouragement all based off of my own experiences, just like here on my blog.
My problem lies here….I’m struggling with the title name. Do I call it, Moorestorms: A Guide For The Bipolar Parent or…..Moorestorms: The Storms of a Bipolar Parent?
There is mention of Bipolar and marriage in my books as well, family relationships, ect. So, I’m thinking the second one is more fitting! Please give me your advice in the comments down below! I really need some of my readers’ input here!
